Use of China 200

I have symptoms like Flatulence, bloating, stools sometimes hard and sometimes loose, restless sleep, general weakness, many symptoms worse after fruit etc. China is indicated. I used China 200. It is effective but not holding. I have to repeat it almost daily. I am looking for permanent cure. Can you pl suggest what may the chronics of China and what may suit me in this case.
