Homeopathy for pets

Please advise whether homeopathy medicine can be given to pets also.

I have a dog having skin problems which is not getting cured with English medicine. My dog is loosing hair and has itching problem

Yes homeopathy can be given to pet
Give it one dose of rhus tox 200
4,5 drops in some water
