multiple problems

I m 26 years old. Stated masturbation at the age of 14 about 20 times per month. Now im suffering from low erection , premature ejaxulation and the region of urinary bladder is enlarged and looks big when seen externally. I feel very tired every time and feel less pain in back. My bones are less weak and i feel general weakness. I dont get mass. I m 58 kg just. I want to recover because i m soon to get married. Kindly treat me for P.E and E.D and weakness. I m from karachi pakistan in a warm environment and work in office. But mostly i take rest i have less work.

In addition have STAPHYSAGRIA 30, 5 pills three times a day and a feed back after 4 days.
