Excessive precum and Erectile dysfunction

I'am a 28 yr old male and have been suffering from excessive precum and ED problem for last 5 years. But realised how chronic this has become when i was making out with a girl and couldn't get an erection. I consulted a doctor and he prescribed me with Caladium ( Morning), Selenium (Evening) Conium (Night) and Lycopodium (weekly) all in gobules no tincture. Potency i don't know and can confirm later. And it worked i guess 10 days from taking the medicines, i could get a better erection. Nice hard the way i used to have earlier. Now after 2 months completion i stopped taking the medicines and wanted to know if there are any withdrawl symptoms. To my surprise it came back, again same problem i get erection while watching porn, then i have this strong urge of precum. i ejaculate excessive precum even more than before and erection goes away and doesn't come back. After trying hard, the penis still flaccid gets a very little excited and i ejaculate my semen with that, which is little painful also. My question is that is ED and PE these problems are reversible and do they really get cured, i mean for life without medications. Does the patient live normal life doing things as before and not dependent on medicines anymore. Or is it simply not possible? I need answers anyone who has got cured and can share his experience...
