mastubration and depression of 18 yrs boy

Atten: R Akshay mohal,
My son is 18 years old and is doing mastubration for last 4 years . now he is having weak nervous system , severe depression, tremors ,anxiety and presently for the last 5-6 days he is having chronic body pains which travels sometimes on leg and sometimes on arms or shoulder. and he is not able to come out of this. he has lost his interest in studies and cant concentrate on anything. loves to remain in isolation. and many times get suicidal thoughts also.
please suggest bach flower remedy to get out of all these problems.

what was occurring in son's scene 5-6 days ago?coiciding with pains mentioned?
anything at all?no matter how seemingly unrelated?

what sons mood currently?how changed since last 5-6 days?

He is mentally upset because of pains and keep on watching movies or serial to divert himself from pain. sometimes i massage his legs , back and shoulder. i am forced to give him painkiller but that is also not helping him

take medicine Arum met 30 for 15 days and revart back after 15 days
