Muscular pain in upper back and shoulders afetr heart bypass operation

I had a triple bypasMuscular pain in upper back and shoulderss graft over 5 years ago and I was prescribed statins, beta-blockers, ace inhibitors and aspirin. I am on the lowest dose of all these medications. Almost immediateley I experienced muscular pain in my back which slowly got worse and 2 years ago they tested my CK levels, which were found to be too high and they took me off the statins for good. However the pain in my back and shoulders did not improve and soon after I stated to experience pulsatile tinnitius predominately in my left ear(Ihad had some "ordinary" tinnitus, which I assumed, rightly or wrongly, to be a side effect of the medications. A recent hearing test showed some hearing loss in left ear and during the test I was conscious of "noises" in my left ear during period of silence.
I took some Causticum 6c and this seemed to help the tinnitus. I stopped the Cuasticum about 4 weeks ago and the tinnitus seems to have returned.
However the chronic back and shoulder pain along with chronic fatigue now, continues
The pain is worst in the morning when I awake, is improved by heat (usually hot water bottle) and sometimes Tiger Balm. The chronic fatigue seems to be getting worse. I find it difficult to get going. However I seem to be able to get things done once I do get going. The downside is that I then feel the effects the next day or two. The pain and fatigue are demoralising.
