Before- happy/hyper or just normal playing with whatever.
I take away things he can't have like paper (he loves paper), removing him from playing in the dog water, getting into cupboards.... Etc.

Oh-- dreams...
The other night I dreamed about eating some icecream lol
Last night I had a crazy dream about driving around in a bunch of different cars and they kept changing ... There was a chase ... I was watching it not part of it....
But then I got into the car being chased and was trying to shoot at the bad guy chasing us but my gun wouldn't fire....wrong bullets. A bunch of other stuff. Action packed.

I keep forgetting to mention --baby likes to grind his teeth every once in a while. While he's awake.

we suprisingly slept in till 10 today...i think my sleep was pretty refreshing...but as soon as I lifted my head off the pillow I had legit vertigo. everything is wobbly. it's continuing into the day. whenever I move my head. If I sit very still and do not move my head then it goes away.
if I move my head up and down it happens...not side to side...weird...this may be a chiropractic issue...but there is no pain so ...who knows.
its definitely making me off balance as I'm walking around. feeling like I'm going to fall over.

vertigo

if move head while lying down
is there any vertigo?

John Stanton 7 years ago
Sorry wasn't clear---teeth grinding is not new. He's been doing that since he has had top teeth. So months. I just keep forgetting to mention.

Acne always takes at least a week to clear. The one I have not picked at (yet lol) is actually going down though.

vertigo

if move head while lying down

It takes a few minutes of being still for it to calm down but then it stops while lying down. As long as I'm resting my head. If I have to pick my head up it seems to kick back up.

It is lessening as the day goes on though.

rom109 7 years ago
what do u mean lessening as day goes thru?

John Stanton 7 years ago
Like the vertigo is going away. First thing when I got up it was strong...now a few hours later it's barely there....
Now mostly it's just the same non -specific 'bla' lethargic feeling I always have....and am freakin sick of. I feel very powerless and incapable. Like I can't escape it no matter what I do.

correct me

sleep is good
sleep helps

wake up
vertigo exists as well as morning energy
morning energy and vertigo goes away and
blah lethargic thing starts...

I have it right?

John Stanton 7 years ago
Yeah. Sounds about right.

rom109 7 years ago
Hmm...I just drank about 16 oz of water and a lot of it cleared up.
Not usually made better by drinking water

rom109 7 years ago
what temp the water?
regular water?

what exact symptoms cleared?

John Stanton 7 years ago
Slightly cooler than room temp. Plain bottled water.
Some of the brain fog cleared.

vertigo fading --has it been tht away from start --when had the dizzy type thing after sulf?

John Stanton 7 years ago
I don't understand your question

rom109 7 years ago
back when it was dizziness (right after sulf) --did tht fade as day went by?or consistent til end of day?

John Stanton 7 years ago
Oh. No it didn't fade. It stayed till end of day / going to sleep.

rom109 7 years ago
drinking betterment

what is appetite//thirst of late and how it compare prior sulf/
what special desires ? or aversions?

John Stanton 7 years ago
I think I am gradually becoming a little more thirsty.
The other day I finally got some coco powder and made chocolate
(Coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and cocoa powder on a cookie sheet in the freezer= yum-town!)
And pigged out on it now I am a lot less craving chocolate or any sweets lol
I think I may have an issue with honey though. It gives me a slight headache...sometimes heartburn...
Uhm....hunger during the day seems to be slightly improved and hunger at night is less...that is opposite to my usual.

yeah honey is medicinal --and tasty --

tell me what u think about this idea for approaching the vertigo--

i decide narrow view to vertigo an d accessories .
belladonna covers the vertigo & its modalities /grinding teeth
complimentary to sulf..
and chosen alos t o not intefere with any good resposne
had from sulfur---
one thing is belladona if some ascoiate with headcahe thing u had other day --may bring it back..the way around is wait til anothere headache as such occurs--then precscribe righ tafter settles..--otherwise good chance will come back (if association)
now the blah lethargic thing scene---may effect this--and if doesn't --I may get into situation where belladonnas accessorie symptoms may come up and hav eto deal with tht

yet if this vertigo thing is passing an dhappen sto be some ancient thing that occurred in ur past health scene --belladonna best not use

so after reading that novel
what u think ?

Let's wait a few more days and see what happens.
First to let the honey get out of my system and then to see if the vertigo was just a fluke thing. If it keeps happening then let's address it. So far this morning no vertigo or dizziness.
The back of my head is itching today again. And my nose and face a little bit as well. Could just be the allergies working out.

i didn't think about the medicinal aspect of honey, so there's that but also I'm thinkin I have an allergy because of the pollens. So double whammy. Next time i use agave.

Anyways. Last night baby was *very* twitchy in his sleep, and talking in sleep a lot again(this more heavily in morning hours, 5-8am ish). He was wanting to cuddle a lot even though he was twitching/jerking so much.
also the last few days my milk supply seems to be low and baby as of yesterday has shown an interest in drinking water. Maybe correlates--he seems to be slightly constipated (firm little balls) especially in the morning and at night. stools in the afternoon are more soft. That seems to correlate to what he eats for breakfast/lunch.
