Left Side inguinal Hernia

Hello All,

I am Usama, 27 male, from Pakistan.

Since last 4 years i have been suffering from mild Hernia. It was small before however now In morning my testis are of normal size and i feel bulge in upper scrotum area.However, when i am having excess sweating and body is heated hernia descends to testis area and upper bulge is gone and area is relax.

Inguinal Hernia that descend to testis area when i walk more or body is sweating.
I have constipation problem, and stool does not pass easily. Most probably this cause the Hernia.

Also, I have been a regular basket ball and football players in my college and university level. However i am not playing since many years. 5 years now.

While i walk or run. it get worse and descend into testis area.

Surgery is the only option.

I dont feel any pain. isn't there any medicine that can reduce the effects of hernia. or might as well repair it.

There are many medicines which have been listed but they act wonderfully on children but not on grownups and that too at a belated stage.

How long can i delay the surgery. Also, I have heard of Lycopodium wont it work for me as well.

If it is right sided have Lycopodium 1 m it will aid you in getting rid of your constipation.Have it ones a week.

You can wear supporters if available in the medical shop,recommended to go in for surgery to AVOID COMPLICATIONS.

I am kind of worried from Surgery as i will be getting married in coming months. It might be inguinoscortal hernia. I am worried of post operation complication.

Since it is left sided go in for Nux Vomica 1m,ones a week half an hour before dinner.

It apparently is a minor surgery,very few people experience complications.
