blood cholestrol test
i have a family history of heart disease.my recent blood test results show
total cholestrol= 5.7 mmol/L
(normal 5.2-6.2)
HDL 1.0 mmol/L( (normal >.9)
LDL 3.4(normal 3.4-4.1)
Triglysrides 2.9(range .4-2.3)
please suggest remedies to lower the levels...
