Semen coming out with urine
Sir i m 22yr male.. My basic problem is that Semen coming out with urine . And already i have done lots of mustervation.Now i am feel very weak. I have my loss my weight. There are some dark circle on my eyes... What i do please give me a proper suggestfujayel on 2016-06-30

dear doctor, i am male, 22yr.unmarried,student.some
semen come out when i start urine.
Feel weakness in nerve system, mucus is colorless,from last 2 years.
fatigue,dark circles around eyes.
6 months back i feel some pain at right Ribs,which is still now. 1years back when i drive my bicycle, i feel some hurt on lower porson of perineal and than some blood come out on my penis, Than there a problem when i complete my urine, it does not all come out clearly, some urine left inside and after 5/10mnt it come out drop,drop.
i like cold weather.
thirst and hunger is normal.
stool is also normal but sometimes(Rear) i feel its early stage of Constipation .
i have thin (5'7" but weight 49kg) and normal body type
family disease, father had Constipation & mother also die gastic altchar.
Other important. High sex sense, already done lots of masturbation.
(till 1yr)
plz doctor advice some medicine and save my life
