Fibroids and Cyst on Left ovary

Thank you for replying.

I have been having low back pain and went to the doctors office. I was identified with blood in my urine along with some white blood cells. They did an ultrasound and said I had a small kidney stone that passed and when they did the renal ultrasound they found I had a large 5.7 cm cyst on my left ovary. They did a pelvic/vaginal ultrasound and found the left ovary cyst is now 6.4 cm, the right ovary has a small 2 cm cyst. There are 3 large fibroids 5.8 cm, 3.5 cm and 2.1 cm. they are intramural fibroids. They also think there is an endometrial polyp. I am tired and mentally I am disappointed, little sad, but hopeful and a little overwhelmed.

My periods have been a little erratic. Sometimes skipping one. My last period was horrible and very heavy. I don't have a lot of cramps but I bleed a lot. I feel achy on my left lower back where the larger cyst is, I get constipated and I need to urinate frequently. I also have been having a very red throat lately (not a lot of pain no cough) but it looks raw.

I would like to get rid of these fibroids/cysts.

I took all as recommended

At first I did notice I was a little achy but I feel it has dissipated.

I notice some change in constipation (a little improved).

I’m not sure how to tell if the cyst or fibroids are shrinking (any suggestions?) I do notice less pain in my lower back though. I will have another ultrasound in August.

My throat is still red and I have been craving sweets.

Should I continue with this prescription?

I forgot to ask when I take the Berberis vulg and mag pros do I need to wait 30 minutes in between or is it ok to take both right after each other?

I took the prescription another 7 days. I feel like I maybe improving. I have less back pain and have more energy. I have less aches in the area of the cyst. Should I continue with the same ?

I have an ultrasound in 2 days.

Is it okay to continue until I have results?

I have had less pain and my menstrual cycle was a little better this month.

I have the results of my ultrasound.

The left (large) fibroid reduced from 6.9 centimeters to 6.3 centimeters - I'm not sure if there is much change.


The fibroid also reduced a little in size from 5.8 centimeters to 5.4 centimeters.

I feel better overall. I am even exercising a little.

My doctor says it is the same but there is a small reduction in size.

Please advise if I should continue or change this prescription.

I had one more question

I do not use mint toothpaste because I know it can make the medications less effective.

Someone told me you can use mint as long as you wait at least 15 minutes before taking medication and you have a neutral mouth. Is this true?
