Veins and Hemorrhoids

I am 52 years old with normal body weight, and I eat a healthy, mostly vegetarian diet, but probably eat too much dark chocolate. I don't get enough movement and exercise because I'm a full-time caregiver.

I've had 2 main health issues for 3 years: veins and internal hemorrhoids.

1. Spider veins around both ankles and sides of feet. Right shin looks almost normal. Left shin is horrible: spider veins and ugly varicose veins. No pain, just horribly ugly.

2. I get occasional flare-ups of internal hemorrhoids. Usually blood on toilet paper, sometimes also internal soreness/pain.

Any suggestions would be immensely appreciated.

Hello,
I took Calcera Flourica 6C (12X equivalent) for a week and did not notice any difference. Then a couple days later I had a bleeding hemorrhoids flare-up, so I started taking Calcera Flourica again but I bought a different brand and I didn't notice it was 6X (4 per day). After several days, my bleeding was a bit worse, and it also seemed like my varicose veins got thicker (although they often vary in appearance). So I stopped taking Calc Fluor. Is it possible that it made my symptoms worse?? Or is it just a coincidence?

Also, I've noticed the past couple years my skin is slow to heal. Even mild scratches leave red scars.

Thanks in advance for any advice….
