ED/Mental problems

7. Climate: Temperate
8. No libido, inability to get or maintain an erection, premature ejaculation, watery ejaculate, cold penis, have night time/early morning erections but no emissions.
9. ED/libido problems for 18 months
10. non-Diabetic
11. Desire sweets strongly
12. Thirst-Normal, I drink about a gallon of water a day
13. Tongue and Taste-Normal
14. Current Blood Pressure 115/70
15. The first time I failed to achieve an erection

Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past? Have not tried any homeopathic remedies to-date. No medicines. The only things I have tried are supplements; gingko biloba, ginseng, turmeric, alpha lipoic acid, St. Johns wort, sea salt, ashwaghanda, picamilon, milk thistle. Also have tried changes in diet.

Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry,
impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not, you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections.
I am angry, irritable, fearful of people, irrational, paranoid, extreme social anxiety, impatient, manic, my mood will shift rapidly from being afraid of everything to wanting to travel and meet people though I never do.
20. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g
Pus, urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc.
No pus discharge, ejaculate is watery and clear colored, urine is light yellow/clear, stool is brown to dark brown, sputum is light green and sometimes firm, saliva is clear/foamy.
