Depressed or Not In Love?

How do you know when you just don't love someone anymore? Or how do you know that you do but are too depressed to feel it?

Am I better off leaving?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Are you in the right forum for this????

Firstly:
DON'T do anything hasty. Think it through, and be safe.

Go to a proper doctor in real life.

Get support these doctors, councellors, friends etc.

Treat and maintain the depression-
Eat a healthy diet. Including vegetables (mushrooms, tomatoes etc) fish with omega-3 fatty acids. There are many sites on the net for this. Also ask your doctor.

Exercise regularly.

And talk to your doctor/councellors about talking to your partner about your depression.

You will need to speak to your partner about your depression and your 'lack of feeling'. Truth is the best way in your relationship. I can't tell you if you love him or not..this is a delicate situation and you must be careful. You must seek help in real life.

Good luck.
