Three years back i fell down from

contacting left traversing root.
but no sciatic pain.
after this injury i lost control of
smallest finger on the right foot but
doctor said not to take it seriously
also there was tingling between testicals
and anas that recovered also.
now one year back sciatica pain came back.
Left side sciatica. MRI shows degenerative
changes L4-5 disc protusion contacting left
traversing root.also annular tear L5-s1

using PT and few excercises.

my foot upward. also numbness in left thigh comes
while sleeping straight that goes away with movement.

very easy for me. sometime feel heavyness in legs
while walking. i feel pain in left and upper part
of thigh.
