Nose blocked

For my son nose blocked and snoring at night what remedy we can give

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Vomica 200 twice a day for 3 days. Use belladonna 200 in the same way if it doesn't work.

good afternoon sir

I have give nux vomica 30c which I have every three hours yesterday but still my son complains of nose blocked and cannot take breath from nose.

I put nasal drops yesterday and after to much yellow mucus coming.

and he also have fever and stomach pain.

my son have hasimotos and there is swelling in nose since last year september

Please give bell 30 in morning and Nux Vomica 30 in evening for 10 days.
