sciatic pain and stiffness on lower back
I am 51 years old active male. I have acute sciatic pain on my left side buttock. My back is very stiff and I find very hard to bend forward.I am active and walk regularly minimum 7 kms. But this pain is since a month and not going away even after resting for 7 days. the pain reduces after stretching.
Please provide help

a. sharp pain starting from lumberical region along the tigh
b. unable to bend forward , when bend forward hands can reach just below knees
c backward bending also very limited
d. psorasis but now the it is reduced
e. High BP ; 150-110 without medication
9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
In flexibility is there since 10 years
pain in sciatic region is since 6 months
psorasis since 6 years
10. Diabetic or non-Diabetic : Non diabaetic
11. Desire sweets/sour/salt ; Sweet

Angry from within but very cool outside, do not get irritated easily, patient, mind wondering always thinking
about new things always dreaming about future. not mcu worried about present problems. Optimistic, but lazy, good starter
but dont pursue things religiously. Procastination is a habbit. postponing things to tommorrow
Affectionate, likable, open in public, speaks openly but hide lot of things from even close people
disturbed family life

I had taken Arsenic and suphur both 200 for almost 3 months. one dose a day. I have not been taking it since one month.
Another think which I forgot to mention is There is cracking sound from bones/ joints during movement since 6 months
