Stomach ache

My son 6years old since 7months he have stomach pain frequently around umbilical region

have given many remedies suggested by homeopath but no use.
Tried

Pulstalia
Gastro
Cina
Bryonia


If we stop remedies second day he will complain stomach pain.

We do stool test
No parasite
Helicopter pylori negative

Pls suggest some remedies or what can be the reason .

He is last 10 months Aip diet me no grains only vegetable /mutton/ fish but non veg not much

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Sorry I mean to say non veg is less we give how much he need for protein
