Transverse myelitis due to viral infection in spinal cord

1. Describe your main suffering?

I fell sick very rapidly in Dec 2015 and was hospitalized for 2 months. It started with mild fever and bladder retention. There was no positive diagnosis of what caused the issue but I had an infection in the spinal cord that attacked my nervous system. I was paralyzed neck down. But my body fought back the infection and I completely regained function above the waist within 10 days. I remained in ICU for 2 months. I had to undergo acute physical rehabilitation for 2 months and after that, I am able to walk, run and do most of things normally. I still however have the following issues:
1. Reduced sensation waist below (can't feel hot/cold, less pain, tingling and needle pricking feeling in sole of the feet)

Thanks a lot for prompt response. I live in US and will get these medicines from India as homeopathic medicines are hard to get here. In case these don't work the way you intend them, can you please tell me what else I can get. I can stock the medicines you might try so I have them available.

Hello

I finally got all the medications. I started with your first recommendation. I have taken the medicines for 5 days now with nux vom on day one followed by conium m30 kali phos 6x three times a day for next 4 days.

Since I posted my questions and before I took the medicines I had these updates:
1. My frequency and urge to pee had increased a lot but I was voiding the same amount. I was retaining anywhere between 150ml to 250ml even after voiding. I had eurodynamic study done which revealed that I am having frequent bladder spasms and I have an inherent high pressure bladder. The doctors were concerned about back pressure to the kidneys since I retain some fluids and asked me to self catheterize. The incontinence was also increased.
2. Rest of the symptoms (pain in knees, tingling in legs, night sweats) remained the same.

Since I have taken the homeopathic medicine:
1. I feel the urgency has reduced a little
2. Amount I void is about the same. Some days are better and some days are not so good.
3. I have slightly lesser tingling in the legs.
4. Rest of the symptoms are the same.

My biggest issue still remains the bladder function. Please advice

Thanks for the response. I needed one clarification about Conium m30. I didn't get pills but liquid and sugar balls. I put about 10 drops in a veil of sugar balls. Is this dosage correct? Can you please advice on the correct dossage with liquid.
