The ABC Homeopathy Forum

need sleep please!

I have struggled with sleeping issues as long as I can remember but in my 30's it has gotten much worse. I have been treated with remedies at the health food store, naturopath, osteopath, acupuncture and also pharmaceuticals. Head MRI is clear. I have done a parasite cleanse and liver flushes. The above therapies have helped in relieving longstanding GI issues, headaches and skin irritations I was also struggling with, but nothing seems to help the sleep. I take a high dose sleeping pill which usually, on a good night allows for a 3 hour stretch of sleep. Without the sleeping pill I will awake every half hour, never sleeping more than one hour without medication.

Zopiclone up to 20mg and zolpidem 5mg as a break thru if required. Still only getting on average 3hr stretch of sleep. On a great night, 4 hr stretch.
