Gynecomastia problem
HelloI'm a male age 22. When i was 18-19 years once a day felt little bit pain and my breast got puffy than before. And after that pains are gone and didn't came till now. But my nipple size got really much bigger now and in normal time my breast tissue keeps it big size and it's got more bigger on summer times. But whenever it feels cold my breast tissue got smaller (Joriye choto hoye thake) but not the nipple size. There are don't have any problem I'm facing with this but sometimes feels (Chulkani) at my breast tissue. Please if you can make some help to get rid of this problem will be so much help and i will keep you in my prayers.
