Pigmentation Problem

Dear readers,
Im looking for some help on the pigmentation problem. It started on my back about 10 yrs back and it use to itch a lot. I thought it to be just dryness and didnt realise it to be a problem. The skin on my back has three big patches of dark skin and are very rough. Not it has spread to both arms and now i can see blackish effect on my face too. I had multiple worts in child hood and Thuja helped me at that time. I would be thankful if someone can suggest me the right medicine or doctor.

you are advise to take Calc Sulph 200 daily one dose for a week and report me.
