Prostate enlarged - Urine completely blocked
My prostate size grew to 85cc, completely blocking my urine and in emergency a catheter was put in 3 months ago. I have been taking Sabal Ser Q 20 drops 4 times a day for 3 months now. Last week, ultrasund showed my prostate size was 62cc. Today, My catheter was removed to see if I can urinate but none came out although I pushed and suffered for 6 hours, then a new catheter was pushed in, relieving my bladder. Only 200ml liter of urine was in the bladder that drained in to the urine bag.Question. Can homeopathy help at this stage of prostate size? Could you please prescribe medicine to reduce the prostate size and restore normal urination.
Alopathic doctors are persuading me to go for operation but I would rather get it fixed by medicines.

On Aug10, Catheter had to be put back since I could not produce a single drop of urine.
This time a novice male nurse tried to insert catheter and due to extreme pain and bleeding called in help who was able to insert it. Since then, area is sore and bleeding. There is blood oozing out from around the catheter.
Since 12Aug, i started taking Arnica30 as advised by Dr. Joel in his research as above. Today, a day later, I noticed liquid oozing out from around the catheter is less blood and is more whitish and sticky. Is this pus? Does it show a progress or its getting worse?
Would you suggest another medicine?
Also, I get an urge to go n pee despite having the catheter in place, although when i go n sit, then pass stool.
I am resisting persuasion from doctors to undergo operation, but still have hopes with homeopathy, so please help me.

Appreciate your responding to my cry for help. I had to rush to emergency since my testicles were swelling very fast. Doctor recommended CIPROfloxacin 500mg for two weeks and I have started it. But CIPRO has very bad side effects (see youtube videos), but I was in such pain and afraid the situation might get worse.
Q.1. Is there a homeo medicine to avoid the side effects of CIPRO and help the infection?
Q.2 Urologist is all bent to operate on my prostate and is scaring me of similar infections if I continue with the catheter. I do not want operation. Is there a h/medicine to squeeze my prostate to normal size? and how long it will take?
