Dizziness,Headache,abdominal tenderness,low fever
Sir suffering from the following symptomps1).abdominal tenderness,
2).Smelly stool ,
3).Stool patern change,
4).Headache ,
5).Dizziness,
6).Feel full after meal near upper abdomain.
I was thinking it is due to giardia infection and taken antibiotic which gives temporary relief.
But one doctor saying it's IBS.
One doctor saying it's liver and blood problem due to alchohal.
Can you please suggest what I am suffering and what to do.
