Constipation advice for girlfriend

I have been trying to help my girlfriend with her constipation problem over 3 years now. She has been taking LAXIDO from the pharmacy but doesnt help really.
There are mood problems as well coming from this issue.
Could someone please advice what to do homeopathy wise so the problem can be cured?
A major problem would be that she wouldnt trust tablets from a homeopath etc but I believe she could trust NELSONS brand.

I read an article on your forum that with the combinations of the following the problem can get sorted :

Nelsons Sulfur / Sulphur. 30c

Nelsons Clikpak Bryonia 30c

Nelsons Clikpak Nux Vom 30c

Any Help really would be appreciated.

Hi George,

Initially I will not advise any remedy for her, she need to change her lifestyle and diets.
* Drink 3 to 5 litter water in a day.
* Use diets full of fiber.
* Eat more quantity of fruits, vegetables, beans and whole-grain cereals and breads.
* Take a tea spoon of sat_isabgol before each meal with half cup of water
* Avoid drinking juices.
* Regular exercise.
* Try for a daily bowel movement at a fixed time and give enough time to have bowel movement.
* Choose post dinner walk as your habit.
* Drink a glass of lukewarm milk in early morning (fasting)
* Avoid uses of non fiber foods.
