Bilateral Inguinal Hernia

Hello Dr,

I'm 65 yr/Male. Last week I got swelling with pain in Right Side of lower abdomen & consulted Dr. He took whole abdomen ultrasound scan and said that I've got Bilateral Inguinal Hernia and advised me to opt for surgery at the earliest. Scan report says that I've fatty liver - grade 1, Left Renal Calculi, shrunken left kidney.

Dr said that right side of abdomen is operated first & left side later.

I've I.L.D since 2012 & have cough at least 25 times daily.

I don't smoke/drink. I walk for 40 minutes daily n weigh 70 kg. Ht: 6 ft.

Pls suggest some medicines during post surgery.

Thanks a lot.
