Opinion needed from multiple Doctors

Baby boy, about 10 month age,
Was born under weight, birth weight was 2400 grams.
Was born c-section.
Mother have three kids before this baby.
This baby boy is still very below on the developmental graph.
He has his own curve for weight, height and length which is below the standard.
He does not sit and crawl yet.
Doctor did MRI and it shows some damage to the brain at birth and as per Doctor it may be due to lack of oxygen to brain.
He does not make babling;
Now he started to make some notices , oun, aan ...
Doctor says he have global developmental delay, and he have mussel tone, legs and arms are stiff and shoulder and trunk is very floppy and due to that he can't sit till now,
Doctor says he have motor delays and specially he have more nod left arm and leg,
He kinda keep his left arm a bit twisted,
His neck and head is not completely controlled,
He keep head up for a little and the drop down,
He is going for Physio therapy and a little improvement is there,
He recognize mom, dad;
He like his siblings company;
He does eye contact and smiles as wee;
No issue with pee and poo so far,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If it is on account of lack of oxygen then it is probably incurable. It may also be on account of calcium and phosphorous assimililation problem which is however curable.

One thing; not after the remedies; it was there before the start of the remedies;
Some days, Before sleeping he gets so much cranky, crying for no reason;
And a minor touch or noise will make him so upset and some days he sleeps within minutes without any issue.

I was consulting with you my baby boy 'a issues;
Global development delay;

You suggested few remedies and I was on it but late October some house hold disturbance came and was not able to continue with baby's remedies;
You have him on Baryta carb 30 C and also calc phos 6 x but later due to drooling you asked to stop baryta carb and use kereosotum but then no improvement and you asked to stop kereosotum too; when he stop remedies in October he was only on calc phos 6 X;

What to do now?
His condition is pretty same,
His trunk is very floppy and legs and arms are very stiff.
He is 14months, no sitting, no crawling, just rolling over,
No babbling noise
Drooling is on/off
Teething is the only thing he is on track, started teething at 3 month age and now about 6 front teeth and two molars.
Behind on weight
Behind on height
Behind on head size
Still poor head control

Please guide, I am vey very stressed

Hi Jenn

You can give the child Opium 30c one pill as a dose twice per day for four days.

After two weeks you may report changes if any.
