Seeking remedy for torn arm tendon ..

Greetings,

I am seeking a remedy to help my husband. He had an accident, fell on ice, and he stretched his arm out badly to prevent his fall.

He had a magnetic resonance scan done recently and the Dr. saw a torn tendon in his forearm, near the front of elbow area where the arm bends.

I have searched this forum, and the following remedies come up.

Arnica 10M or Arnica 1M, Bellis Perennis 10M, Ruta Graveolens 6C, Rhus Tox 200C Hypericum 200C.

I also searched with the remedy tool on this forum and Calcarea Carbonica seems to fit my husband well on the many different general symptoms description from head to toe!

But I don't know what potency or if this is the best suggestion for his torn tendon.

The tear is 5cm long, not good. This happened in November and he still has pain in his arm. He has not taken any medication for this injury as he cannot tolerate anti-inflammatory drugs.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Ouch! I do not know myself, but am sure someone else can help you out. Hope your husband gets well;)

Please help here, I am the original poster of this thread and I am confident that some of you can help me with your suggestions for a remedy.

I understand that the tear will take time to heal but I am sure that if homeopathy is used it will surely help the healing process.

The doctor does not want to operate my husband since he believes it could only do further damage, since the tear is in a very awkward area.

I am really in need of your suggestions please reply. Thank you for your help.

You can try Symphytum 30c

I would definitely favour Bellis Per 10m --- single dose and wait -
I have used this personally

Thank you kuldeep and walkin for your reply.

Walkin, I have researched about the remedies I mentioned in my 1st post above (which included Bellis)and I appreciate your confirming that this should be used, as I too feel that bellis seems to fit this case better.

I shall order it immediately. Thank you!

Kuldeep, I appreciate your suggestion and I especially don't want to hurt your feelings, but I think that bellis is probably the better remedy in this case, since its muscular, (tendons)and the symphytum officinale seems geared more towards broken bones or fractures. My husband has not fractured his arm but rather torn his tendon.

I am especially not the one to judge as I am not homeopathy savvy, but I do research the symptoms given for each remedy, and bellis seems to be preferred over symphytum. Please don't feel bad about my choice. I appreciate your suggestion and having taken the time to reply to my post.

Walkin, If you recall some time ago (before Xmas) I am the woman that you had suggested ignatia and then manganum muriaticum to for my facial psoriasis. The ignatia was for the past grief (which worked very well) and then you had me take the m mur for 7 days then wait 14 days to report back to you.

I just want you to know that I had reported back to you in that same thread "seeking remedy for facial psoriasis, please help!" on Jan. 28, 2006 but I think you may have not been signaled to my reply.

I just wanted you to know that I had given you feedback as per your request.

The psoriasis is the same, I have not taken any more m.mur as you had told me to wait and report back.

Once again thank you both kuldeep and walkin for your suggestions which is very much appreciated!
