homeopathy medicine for weight gain

Hello
I m 28 yr old married woman. My problem is my weight which is just 39kg
In Oct 2015 I got anal fissure for which i took alopathy stool softner. but after that it has happened 2 times. I was taking silicea 6x :2tb thrice a day,
nat phos 6x : 2 tb thrice a day,
arnica 30c in wet dose, 1 capfull thrice a day.
fissure has been cured with these remedies.
Also, I have very oily skin n i m having acne for 10 years. But after taking these medicines, my acne has stopped, just acne scars are left.
But nat phos causes weight loss.
Can you plz suggest homeopathy medicines for constipation and weight gain.
