need advice for wheezing feverish baby

Hello

My baby is 6 months old. Has had wet rattling breathing for past few days, starts up about 45 minutes after each feeding, and persists until he finally coughs. i dont see anything coming out so i guess he just swallows what comes up.
been getting steadily worse. tonight is terrible, and i just holding him all night and now he feels feverish as well.
Also, occasional wheezing sounds while breathing. fast breathing. runny nose which has been getting worse as well.
He is super sensitive to cow milk - i have been off dairy for a few months. I have very low milk supply, so he only gets between 4 to 6 oz from me a day, and the rest is homemade formula based on goat milk kefir.
He is my sixth and giving me more trouble than the others!
I had cmv during pregnany, but his urine test showed he was NOT affected by it. He had abnormal U/S in utero that showed some cavities in his brain, thank G-d he is having normal development so they dont know what that is about and I am holding off on an MRI.
He is in general a VERY fussy baby, wanting to be held a lot, barely napping, waking up every couple of hours at night. Gassy all the time, ocassionally constipated. I tried various formulas before settling on the current goat kefir one, which he seems to handle best. Besides for his goat milk formula, he recently started having tiny amounts of solids - mashed up vegetables cooked in bone broth, which he really loves.
Well, last week I had a tiny amount of cottage cheese. and I think that is when he started with the wheezing and coughing.
I tried some oils (eucalyptus, lavendar, lemongrass, in coconut oil) as a rub, not helping too much. gav him 1-2 grams vit c at each feeding (he eats every 2.5 to 3 hours), and it is making him go to bathroom a lot with a huge bright red rash on him bum. Tried some remedies, which I thought helped one night, but then they stopped being useful - kali bic, chamomilla, hepar sulph.
Based on some info from another post here, I tried tonight a dose of pulsatilla 30c, followed about 1/2 hour later by nux vomica 30c. I think that really helped, a lot less rattling and wheezing. nose is much clearer. (which is so interesting, because i was in labor with him for about 2 weeks, and on advice of homeopath, took pulsatilla and nux vomica which finally got contractions regular and he was born soon after. i also think nux vomica is my personal constitutional remedy).
But all of a sudden, he has a fever, which he hasn't had until now - he has been slightly warm for a few days, but now he is definitely feverish. could it be whatever i gave him is just suppressing his need to cough it up and now the mucus is just pooling down there??

that started about hour ago, and he seems to be in pain also, maybe his throat hurts from coughing, so i just gave him one dose belladonna.

I hope I gave a clear picture. Any advice where to go from here?

Thank you!!!

update: i just his his temp and its 101.8 (38.8)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may restrict yourself to only three remedies. Puls, Nux and Bell. Nux when he is constipated. Puls when he is gassy and has cough even after Nux. Bell when he has fever. No remedy when he is doing well.
