51/2 year boy , speech delay, still not able to make sentence..

hi ,

My son has diagnosed with mild autism at 3yrs. we tried essential oil, diet and now bio medical . but still no progress in his behaviour and speech.

He is taking Resperidon one in night .

Physical :
He is thin and active in nature

Weather :
he likes winter ... heat he wont tolerate

food:
Likes to eat sweet and crunchy salty food . ( we are limiting sweet food and milk too)
Since 6 months he started eating vegitable n fruits too
Behaviours:
sometime Screaming without reason and laughing without reson. Likes to jump , ride a bike

Likes:
He likes his alphabets and no's. wherever he go , he stand infront of words and wants to play with them,

Stool:
He is going every other day. we are trying miralax 1-2 tsp

Social:
NO social interaction., he doesnt mingle with kids., also may be he cant talk to them. whereas he can be okie with staying there.


He just sit 4-5min and didnt focus. He gets confuse what and when to say.

Because of bio medical , he started touching his private area .

Lack of eye contact

History of Pregnency:
Mother had Gestational diabities which she contolled through diet. Its Breach position baby

baryta carb 6c one dose daily evening time for five days then weekly one dose for one month.
