Help recognising Tincture

Hi,

I need to get Echinacea purpurea mother tincture for treating my skin acne (consuming 5 drops in an ounce of water).

However, when I tried to purchase it I only found below two options:

1. Natures Answer Echinacea E augustifolia and purpurea, Super concentrated 1000mg, gluten free, alcohol free.

2. Natures Answer Echinacea E augustifolia. Super concentrated 1000 mg, gluten free, low alcohol.

Can I use either of the above?
