Very weak errection, excessive pre cum and pre mature ejacualtion

I'm a 50 year old man 5"10 and weighting 175 lbs. Had spinal surgery in T-11 6 years ago and was still able to get an errection hard enough for penetration. Over the past year I've been celibate, only masterbation 3 times a weak. My errection is only partially, major excessive amounts of pre cum followed by immediate ejaculation without being fully errect. Recently I've been diagnosed with cervical stenosis in C-4, C-5 and C-6, C-6 being more severe. Is there anything I can do to help this or is it possible my weak errections are due to the cervical stenosis. Help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Phosphorus 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Okay if I use this formula I was also reading that selenium, Agnes castus and acid phos is also good as well. Do you recommend the pellets or the liquid? Can you give me a formula for the 3 so I won't have to do separate orders

You may also buy Selenium 200 and Acid Phos 200. The dosing pattern will be same as that for Phosphorus. You may start with Phosphorus.
