Dr sirMy name is sony, my age is 26
i am doing Masturbation from last 5 years, now my Discharge time is only 10 to 20 seconds, The problem I have tried to do sex with my girl frend many times but failed as I was unable to get erected . I am not Married at the time. Worried about all of this, i m too much short tempered, i can't control my Anger. I have also thyroid problem & I take thyrox mdcn for this

"Short tempered....can't control" elaborate on this, what makes you angry? Can't control means what do u do, what's you reaction?

Thyroid: it was detected 5 months ago I looked my face like a football, i tast my blood t4 tsh & result too much high my reports are attached

Dr kulkarni sir I think I affected with fever from last year so I go to the doctor , he wrote some test & he find some fat in my liver he prescribed some medcn few months I took the mdcn thn I stop
In this year i do some test again this time doctor said to me some my liver affected by fat my blood colostral is high & I have thyroid problem also
I am very emotional. I am short tempered. I'm not controlling my anger. I do misbehave all the people .
I worried all time about my penis its so weak now a days its become too little so what can I do this type of think plz halp me out of all this think thanks

Dear sony, You should explain your problems properly. there are two types of thyroid problems hypothyroid & hyperthyroid. How do I understand what it is if you say 'I have thyroid problem'?

I really don't know what type anger is it
Misbehavior means I just shouting 2 or 3 mins thn I think why I shouting it's not good

Please start with following prescription:
1. Lycopodium 1M, pills (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop), take 5 pills (for one dose) only once, 2 hours before bedtime. (No repetitions)
Nothing else to eat or drink 1 hour before and 1 hour after the doses.
2. Calc-sulp 6x, tabs (buy 25-30 grams), take 3pills moistened in a teaspoonful of water twice daily.
Nothing else to eat or drink 20minutes before and 20 minutes after the doses.
Do’s & don’ts:
1. Stay away from Strong odors.
2. Do not touch medicines or spill them. Use the cap of container (of same medicine) to transfer the medicines.
3. Place the prescribed dose under the tongue and let it dissolve. Keep the dose for at least 2 minutes in mouth.
4. Keep medicine containers airtight, away from direct sunlight, heat, any smell and children.
5. Avoid strong smells and odors AFAP.
6. Do not take any other medicines for any health problems. Most symptoms go as they come within 24-72 hours.
7. Report any problems & seek appropriate advice.
8. Otherwise report progress after 2week.

Alatothi doc adviced me to take thyrox 50 mg 3.5 pilesdaily before breakfast .
Sir i lilbet confuced can i take daily Lycopodium 1m or after 7 /14 days ? In time thyrox to be continued or I stop it ?

I have state it clearly. If you want to spil your hopes of recovery you may take Lyco as per your wish. Else please follow hat I advise.
Probably, I am more concerned about your quick recovery than you. So don't be anxious about doses.
For time being thyroxin to be continued I will let you know when to reduce or stop it in future.

Whenever you report you should report all the changes as compared to your status before staring medicine. It helps me in analysig properly.
As of now yuo don't have to take any medicine.
