Need help

I'm Sony age 26 height 5'10" weight 73 chain smoker , friendly, love to have gossip , seeking for job , family is good ,people think that I'm too much egoist , but I'm not ,I'm not influenced by any one, become angry in silly matters , feel tired after having a sound sleep ,am doing Masturbation from last 5 years, now my Discharge time is only 10 to 20 seconds, The problem I have tried to do sex with my girl frend many times but failed as I was unable to get erected . I am not Married at the time. Worried about all of this, i m too much short tempered, i can't control my Anger. I have also thyroid problem & I take thyrox mdcn for this Thyroid: it was detected 5 months ago I looked my face like a football, i tast my blood t4 tsh & result too much high my reports are attached cholesterol total 230mg/dl

tsh 9.78 πlu/ml, Some one suggested to me avena sat Q 20 drops in two times some wram water

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Veratrum Alb 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Avena Sativa Q may be continued.
