Giving two medication together...

My son ( 4 year old) had cold , cough and a soar throat. I was giving him stodal cough syrup and Tonsilat by SBL. Soon after he developed rashes with sever itching. Could this be a result of mixing these two homeopathic medication? Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Quite possible. Originally, homeopathy never proposed mixtures. Only single remedies are proven and studied clinically in homeopathy and not mixtures.

But however, looking at your description of reaction it need not be adverse but possibly a favourable one as well.

just stop all medicines and wait for at least a fortnight unless the situation warrents urgent medical assitance.
