Proper medication to stop masturbation habbit

Dear sir,
I am 22 years now. I have this habbit of masturbation since i was 15. I dont know why i have no control over myself. Every time when i am free of work load,or on a holiday, or at night when i go to sleep, the urge for masturbating rises. Also when i go for bath in the morning it rises. It feels good for first time but then i feel ashamed of myself and loses the strentgh to work. I feel lazy and tired all day as i go 2 to 3 times masturbating a day.my brain feels numb in morning and i could not concentrate on my work because of that.please recommend me proper medication for this.
