Big Hydronephrosis in left kidney

I have Hydronephrosis cause by blood cloth in my left kidney. My kidney is very enlarged but i do not feel very much discomfort. It's not painful, my urinary track and kidneys work fine. But it's so enlarged that it shows a bump on my stomach when i lay down. I want to use homeopathy to handle it and unclog it. What do you recommend to unclog the ureter from the blood cloth?

I have a history of kidney trouble. in 2008 i went through 3 surgeries and was put on the transplant list. but after i drank some kangen water, my kidney worked fine and i didn't need to have another surgery before drinking kangen i had a stone blocking the flow and the doctor had put a stent which handled it.Now i do not have stones anymore but after i took alfalfa tea for about 1 week, something happened and blocked the flow again. it might be a stone or a blood cloth, i'm not 100% sure. i recently did some ultrasound but they don't really see anything. I'm sure there is some natural ways to handle this cloth. I think that the tea increased my urine flow and might have taken with it too much remaining wastes from my kidney at the same time and blocked the flow somehow. To really know what is it i'll have to go in surgery and that's what i'm trying to avoid. Thank you for your help:)

You still have left many things untold. Unless you give complete imformation no one can help you.

"I had some kidney trouble" doesn't make any sense. If doctors took you for surgery 3 times they must have told you about diagnosis and exact nature of the trouble.

Regarding present condition in stead of giving your guesswork if you give information about real problem based on reports and doctors statements I can try help you.

You may approach another doctor if your present doctor is not able to tell you the diagnosis for some reason. Such a huge hydroneprosis without obvious cause is unlikely. Treatment can be done only after knowing the condition properly.
