Attention : Dr.Kulkarni. I need remedy for CKD patient
Dr. Kulkarni...Good evening..My husband 64 years old is suffering from Chronic kidney disease for the last 5 years. His lungs gets filled with fluid every now and then because of which he initially starts showing symptoms of heavy swelling in the ankles and breathlessness. His oxygen starts dipping drastically and due to which on two occasions he had a cardiac arrest and was revived with shock. This made him going in and out of the hospital every now and then. His creatinine started going up to 7.4 and the Doctor put him on dialysis in the 4th week of march 2015. During the 4th dialysis he got an attack since he was also having 4 blocks in his heart and the heart was not able to take the load of dialysis. He became very critical and was constantly vomiting even if he drank water...that also use to come out..his creatinine at that time went to 7.9. And BUN to. 88. In a short span Doctors took a call for his by-pass surgery and that was performed on the 10th of April 2015. After the by-pass his kidney function improved and the creatinine stayed between 4.2. to 4.8 in 2 weeks of observation and his dialysis was stopped.
For the last 3 months he was getting fever almost every alternate day and clubbed with shivering, vomiting and heavy continuous coughing. Doctors could not diagnose the reason for his fever, vomiting, Shivering and coughing and did the MRI and said he has pneumonia and lung infection and treated him with IV antibiotics. But his creatinine shot up due to severe infection and put him on dialysis again and now he is going for dialysis twice in a week for the last one month. After dialysis he gets so week that he is not able to even stand or get up on his own. He is also highly diabetic for the last 25 years and is now on insulin for 3 times a day for the last 7 years. He is also on blood thinner once a day and BP medicine once a day. He also takes Frusinex and Dayton one tablet each a day. He is passing urine around 1000ml to 1500ml along with dialysis and is on fluid restriction of 1.5 litres. WE WANT TO DISCONTINUE HIS DIALYSIS SINCE HE IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE IT AND IS BECOMING VERY WEAK DAY BY DAY. His Hemoglobin as of today is 7.8
PLEASE ADVISE Dr.KULKARNI and suggest the Best medicine to keep him away from dialysis and fluid overload and also from frequent infection.

Please explain everything in detail. Don't try to cut short. What is the probable cause of each of your health problem according to you?
All your past and present health in sequence oldest to newest. All details of previous treatments (oldest to newest) and their effects.
Write in detail about you – emotions, fears, sentiments, etc. your personality, physical parameters, habits, feelings about life, etc.
Write in detail about your life: social, family, occupational, schooling, childhood, etc. You should mention about incidences that might have influenced or impacted your mind / health / life considerably.
Write about what common opinions most people have about you; what most people comment /say about you frequently; how they react / interact with you & why?
Write something unique about you (how you are different from others or what makes you special).
