repeated uti

I am 73 male,diabetic on oral allopathic medicines . Average build ,no fat,no obesity.
I was in excellent health till march 2006 ,at the age of 64 could tolerate extreme heat or cold . In march 2006 I had severe reaction to an allopathic medicine " offlin " I was hospitalised for 3 wks and bed ridden for about 2 yrs Ever since then I have almost no immunity , keep falling sick often . The illness triggered High BP and diabetes which i did not have earlier.
I had attack of chikangunia about four years ago
I developed low grade fever in mid July 2015 .the fever started rising daily and it was highest in morning with about a degree F less at night .The morning temp rose to above 102F and even paracetamol was ineffective . I consulted a reputed homeopath and was on homeopathic medication for about a month with no relief . All tests were negative including urine test except WBC count which was around 13000. Five day course of oral antibotics was also of no relief . ultimately i was admitted to hospital on 6th. sept 2015 . Detailed investigations did not yield any result except moderately elevated WBC. There was frequent urination with scanty urine ,specially during night . suspecting UTI prolonged urine culture was done which revealed E Coli infection . I was administered intra venous magnex forte twice a day for 10 days and the fever subsided .
I again fell ill in March 2016.
I was suffering from low grade continued fever for two months .The fever varied from 99.5 to 101F .It was highest in the morning and came down in evening . It rose by about one degree F during the night . All troubles increased during the night .
. There was frequent urge to urinate in night ,as much as once an hour . The urge was normal during daytime . The tongue was heavily coated and there were cracks in the middle ,it felt as if it was burnt and scalded and I was unable take warm drinks , could eat only soft foods .
I had severe constipation and forced to take laxatives . Urine tests were negative but it looked like repeat of the earler episode . this time i consulted an ayurveda specialist and he prescribed Amritarishta . the fever and all other symptoms subsided in about a fortnight , by mid June 2016 .
I felt that I had fully recovered from my illness when I had a sudden attack of fever on 27 September and the fever rose till it reached 103.3 on 3 Oct at night around 3 AM
I had tried Ars alb , Eupatorium perf , Rhus tox but nothing worked . I noticed that I was having frequent urination with scanty urine and I recalled that I had uti due to E Coli infection one year ago and it was treated with antibiotics . Assuming that it was a relapse I consulted a homeopath and he prescribed Ars alb 2oo and Cantharis 200 and the fever gradually subsided .
I have still some nagging problems.
The temperature rises by about a degree in night and it is around 99 in morning .
I am still having frequent urination with scanty urine . The frequency is worse at night , about once an hour , disturbing my sleep .There is no pain or burning but slight discomfort as it feels like urine is being forced through urethra .the stream is weak with interruptions .
There is almost persistent slight ache in the lower abdomen, may be the bladder region .
Severe constipation with hard stools . Tongue is lightly coated white with clear edges and tip . coating is slightly more on rear side .
All troubles are worse at night.
I am taking Ars alb 200 and cantharis 200 , two drops each mixed in a cup of water 2 tablespoons at 2 hour intervals along with lycopodium 30 once in morning and evening as advised by homeopath ,but there is no further relief .
I have taken the ayurvedic medicine Amritarishta this time also but it has not worked .
these repeated attacks of prolonged illness have completely destroyed my health and i am really and terribly worried about my well being .
Could any noble soul kindly help me . I shall be eternally grateful .
