Native American; Intergenerational Transmission of Trauma; Anxiety

Greetings, I am an established mental health professional with a private practice located in a somewhat small town. I treat traumatized children. I am also Ojibwe (Native American) and treat people of American Indian ancestry. If not for pure desperation and the pressure of wanting to maintain my reputation within my community, I would never have considered contributing to an Online forum. I am age 38, female, slightly overweight and relatively healthy by all accounts. For the past 2 years, I have suffered nearly incapacitating anxiety and panic. The onset is mild, but builds to a volcanic crescendo within 90 minutes. I have sought the emergency room care 6 times in the past 3 months. I am currently taking Trazadone, Citalopram and Hydroxyzine HCL, a commonly prescribed trio, to help manage my symptoms. Unfortunately, I have also prescribed the use of nightly wine to contain what seems to me an unbearable load. It would not be uncommon to report drinking 2-3 glasses of wine, per night. Prior to the onset of the anxiety, I was a trim 120 lbs. I have gained 60 lbs in the last 2 years. Environmentally, my mother died 2 years ago. Anyway, I am looking for a homeopathic cure that will: 1. terminate my consumption of alcohol; 2. manage my withdrawal symptoms; 3. manage my anxiety and panic.
