Cyclic aggravation

I am 77 year old male and all my symptoms aggravate in the morning, gradually subside by afternoon and I am almost completely normal by evening. These symptoms may be after- effects of dental procedures, uneasiness of legs or feverish feeling created due to stiffness of the thigh region(there is actually no fever).
2. These are my constitutional symptoms and have been with me since long time but have been aggravated after my bout of typhoid which I had about a year back.
3. I am wondering if some medicine will be of help in alleviating this aggravation.
4. For the purpose of remedy selection I am giving some characteristics of mine.
{a} I am of lean and tall built and I keep myself busy physically and intellectually all day.
{b} I am a religious minded person and I undertake very intense spiritual practices which are quite exhausting on the brain.
{c} I have very intense desire for liberation and keep myself occupied with it through the day. I have been doing this since my youth.
{d} My appetite and sleep are normal.
{d} The uneasiness in the legs also get relieved by squatting/stretching limbs/lying down.
{e} I have been plagued by dry,hot mouth symptoms all my life.
{f} I undertake regular morning and evening exercise /yoga.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can try Nat.mur 6 x..4 pills twice a day, for 3 weeks. If any amelioration is found, we will increase the potency, later.

Stop the medicine immediately, if you sense any aggravation or considerable amelioration, and report back.
