Bicep weak, sore, and tender

A month ago I helped a friend by lifting up couples of real heavy boxes. Two days later my right arm was very sore. I thought it was normal and would go away couple days later. Now already a month, it bothers me so much.

I feel strong and with good muscle grip with my left arm, and my left bicep is very tight and good when I firm up my left arm. Where else when try to firm up or hold on to tight up my right arm the arm's muscle is strong and the grip is tight with the exception of only the bicep. It is very weak, is very sore, tender and aching. It seems that certain muscles of the bicep that really produces the excruiting pain. I feel the bicep is flabby.

The real excruiting pain can be traced to the whole muscle attaching the joint between my right arm and the shoulder. When I try to pull up or exercise my right arm, the excruiting pain can be feld with specific rotation of the muscle of the bicep.

I do experience muscular fatique before but goes away in short time. But not this time unfortunately.

By the way I do have bad pile that often time bleeds. Other wise I am in good health.
