Skin color: Medium Brown

Thirsty / Thirstless: Normal

Ans: my wife not getting pregnant after many attempt and treatment gynecologist suggest me for semen analysis then I done semen analysis and report showing something I don’t know but gynecologist told me that there is some infection and she gave me medicine for 6 month.

Ans: I have no any major health problem only one thing that in past I was feeling pain in right side of back but when I donate blood pain disappeared.

Ans: I have no any fear and habits, life is going very good and happy but I am very short temper and get angry and irritate very soon on small thing.

Ans: my social life is very good I enjoyed with friends but I have some tension with my family members, my job is also good, school life was joyful, childhood also was very joyful, my daughter has died after delivery before 2 years ago and its effect on my mind I remember her and after her death I shocked.

Ans: i start talking loudly and start argument.
"I have some tension with my family members" Explain this in detail.
Ans: I mean when family members quarrel with each other on small things and on unnecessary thing so i feel tension that why they do like this, this is happened some time not daily.

Please start with following prescription:
1. LACHESIS 200C , pills (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop), take 3 pills (for one dose) A SINGLE DOSE ONLY ONCE IN THE EVENING, (NO EXCESS DOSES PLEASE).
Nothing else to eat or drink 1 hour before and 1 hour after the doses.
(This dose works for several days. So, keep patience).
Do’s & don’ts:
1. Stay away from Strong odors. NO use of menthol or similar things.
2. Do not touch medicines or spill them. Use the cap of container (of same medicine) to transfer the medicines.
3. Place the prescribed dose under the tongue and let it dissolve. Keep the dose for at least 2 minutes in mouth.
4. Keep medicine containers airtight, away from direct sunlight, heat, any smell and children.
5. Avoid strong smells and odors AFAP.
6. Do not take any other medicines for any health problems. Most symptoms go as they come within 24-72 hours. Do not apply any cream/powder etc for skin itching / eruption, if any. Avoid anti-dandruff shampoos, Medicate soaps, etc.
7. Report any problems & seek appropriate advice.
8. Otherwise report progress after 1week.

Do you observe any changes in his health / symptoms?
Without updates it is difficult to advise anything.
As he hardly had any symptoms, if there were no appreciable changes you may have to repeat his semen analysis which may give us some clue.

Sir he is getting more angry and irritated.
After starting figs and dates he saw blood in stool only once
Now he is not eating figs and dates.

no this problem had not earlier ever in his life.
he is not taking Lachesis doses daily taken only once.
