Gassy 29 days old baby

My baby boy is 29 days old. He was born via normal dilevery and with good weight and sugar score. In the evening he becomes fussy and likes to be held and fed most of the time. When I try to put him in his bed he wakes up.
He makes different sounds from his mouth as if he is straining his muscles. Sometimes he cries with pain and his face becomes red. These days he is having rash especially around his anus. He was not like this one week ago. He is a breastfed baby. When I feed him I hear different grumbling noises from his stomach.
During my pregnancy I was under very much stress. I used to cry. Emotionally when I talk about someone else my eyes become wet.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
After feeding him, put him on the shoulder, and gently tap on the back, till he burps out. Children injest some gas while breast feeding. Simply do the above and generally no need for any medicine.

I just realised that you are getting treated by Dr.K. Normally children too get the remedy through your breast milk. So, better to inform him about your baby too in the same thread.
