please help me out from sex weakness!!!
Dear dr.I am 27 years old & having mustarbation from last 10-12 years and problem begins from starting sperms comes out very early.
Whenever i talk any lady or thinking about lady or watching xxx movies type of liquid come out from my penis very soon and get excited very soon and whenever i mustarbate it takes hardly 5-10 seconds sperms to come out.i am very much afraid of it,and i am afraid to thinking to have sex as well.2-3 times i thought about to have sex with my girl friend but thinking of it and before get my penish into vagina sperm comes out fail to have sex.i never had sex with anyone very much worried sir please help me out,i want to spend happy marriage life.i am going to get married very soon so i want these problems to be solved before to get married.whenever i mastarbate thinking comes that how soon sperm will come out,i do mastarbate weekly1-2 times only.
Please help me out sir, please suggest good medicines which is available most of the homeopathic shops and get my problems solved as soon as possible. Having digestions problems as well.

I never had intercourse with anyone but i have a problem with timings,because when i mustarbate it takes very very very very less time as well as afraid to have sex tinking of i can not make satisfy my partner.i am going to get married very soon so that i want parmenent solution of that dangerous problem.my kind request to u pls suggest me some medicins for permanent solutions so that i can spend happy married life.please.
