3 yr old - Cold Urticaria / Hives / Grief / Sleep Issues

Please help as I have a 3 year old who (as it seems) only in winter months experiences a nettle like rash if he gets cold (it disappears about an hour after being 'warmed up') It can happen indoors if it's a chilly morning and he has no socks on. His feet and hands come up red with nettle like rash and if we go outside his face then comes up. This started last year, seen no sign of it over the summer and now it is back with the change in weather. That being said my father became very ill last year at the time of the initial breakout and then this year he started full time preschool in september (big life events!)
He's always had an element of separation anxiety, but in the last year he has a fear of the dark, won't let me leave the room until he's asleep, wakes in the night (very restless sleeper)
He's a very happy, high energy, physical child, with a very healthy diet. Doesn't favour hot or cold, but is a slow eater.
Gets frustrated easily and can lash out physically. Struggles to cope with emotion, hits people and objects if he can't do something or communicate a problem. Whiny and reverts to baby talk for attention. Slightly delayed with speech for his age.
Generally quite a nervous little boy but likes to show his inner confidence by singing and dancing to music. Finds it hard to stay still, but if he is doing a task he enjoys he will focus on it for up to an hour.
Doesn't like me touching his hands or feet when he has a breakout and says they hurt.
I believe him to be quite sensory in his behaviours, flaps his hands when tired and watching tv.
He can suffer from bad breath and sweaty head at times and stools can alternate from normal to tan, sandy texture mush.
Unvaccinated child.
Previously given CALC (LM) earlier this year (given by homeopath) and given Ignatia 30c 1 for 3 days recently as I thought maybe ss were grief related as he has a big connection with the loss of my father, the dark, his fears and a strange fear that zebras are coming to take him (but he's not frightened of actual zebras) we believe this fear to be connected to illness and death as he had been subjected to it whilst I was helping to care for my father for 4 months. He was also present in the house when my father passed away, although didn't directly witness him passing. Hence why I believe it to be grief related.
p.s. no change yet after taking Ignatia this week (too soon?!)
