Take one medicine which is a close fit to all your symptoms, considered together. Max.three doses and wait for three weeks.
After three weeks, reassess the case and choose a suitable medicine that covers the then existing symptoms.
A novice can't self prescribe. Period.

Need help.I took aloe soc 30 it increased my IBS symptoms.. Earlier I was taking nux vomica 30c and was much better on nux vomica
