ATTN: Dr. Joe Livera - Question concerning my 10 week old

Hi Dr. Joe Livera, Found you by the grace of God through much of my own research and scouring. My son will be 10 weeks on Sunday and together we have been though a lot. He had mostly (and many) green, explosive poops and I figured out it was my oversupply and a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance so I corrected that with block feeding and have seen much improvement. He also had a tongue and lip tie which were both lasered by Dr. Scott Siegel (done 4 weeks ago). He has had gas and reflux issues since birth basically although at times has seems worse than others. He was originally labeled with GERD ad put on ranitidine, the Gastro said acid reflux and colic and switched him to Nizatidine (made him have diarrhea so we stopped immediately and he hasn't been on it in a few days). He spits up a lot, sometimes its mucousy and clear and other times its chunky and curdled (doesn't always spit up and sometimes its only a little bit). He does grimace in his sleep ad grunts and squirms in his sleep a LOT and I can occasionally hear him choking. His horrible gas also wakes him up out of his sleep, its so painful for him he cries and farts a ton. He doesn't sleep or nap well and it has been hard to get him on any kind of schedule because he is usually so upset. His latch still needs work as I can hear im swallowing air and he is sometiems ery uncomfortable when eating. I ordered the Nat Phos to help with his reflux (just would like to know dosage wise what to do...he is around 15 lbs. right now). I also bought the Arnica 30c tablets from Whole Foods, but was reading you recommend the Wet dose so I would like you to tell me what dosage he would need for that. I am also going to transition him from Gerer Soothe Probiotics to Klaire Labs to help with his gut flora. Last question for now was can I turn the dry pellets of Arnica into a wet dose? Also, what are your thoughts on the Hyland Colic Tablets with Chamomilla?? THank you SO much. You, this wbsite and forum are a Godsend!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi,
Let me explain a few things about this forum.

1. The forum is set up for discussion
And the owner lets people offer advice. Any member can give advice,
It does not mean they have good knowlege or experience or education
In the medical field.

2. There are people on here from all over the globe. Many are from Asia where the culture promotes calling anyone dr if they give advice. The owner lets this go on, and it is very confusing to western people.

3. Joe is not a dr and never said he was. He is 87 yrs old and lives in Sri Lanka. Joe developed some protocols for several ailments. One of them for gerd using nat phos and arnica.

4. You can go to joe's site, joe delivera.com and work with joe on this as he no longer comes on the abc.

5. Nat phos 6x is one of 12 cell salts
Known for reducing acid. You can try it-it may not work. Real homeopathic
Treatment is done matching babies
Symptoms with a remedy, there are
Many remedies that cure this and often the mother is treated at same time.

6. Your options are to talk to a real homeopath in person with baby or work online with a good person. A lot
If homeopaths will not do children online. If in USA one person I like is
Lia bello in New Mexico. She is a homeopathic teacher for nurses and an RN. I think she charges $50/phone consult and follow up. I had a homeopath md for my kids besides pediatrician andknowing you can call
A real medical person anytime is valuable.

7. On this forum click user names and ask for someone you feel is good
After reading their posts.

Best wishes for you and baby.
