Oftenly Excitement with running hands very fast

I used to think lot about good results of future events and gets excited.
In excitement I used to sing any song and used to move my hands very fast here and there.
Plus do make my jaws tight and do run hand very fast.

Thoughts are based on future good results exp-lottery, getting new home,wife and child is recovering from current sickness.. with every thoughts I do gets exited no do followings
1)Running hands very fast here and there
2)Continuously walk during excitement
3)Make tight my teeth and jaws
4)Sing a song in low voice

Pleas help.

Thanks. I went to medical store yesterday he has given me CLEMATIS ERECTA 200cc, Is this the same you advised me or its different?Please suggest the doses as well.

oh no,i clearly said its bach flower remedy ,its not a homeo remedy,pls buy clematis its bach flower remedy

Just to add my sensation moving hand and all is not only about future, anything which is pleas able in present or in past trigger the same for example group felt great for me in past, people got impressed by me in past, my son getting recovered from sickness, anything which is a problem for me or was a problem for me getting solved trigger these sensation.
